NDIS support services across Ipswich are what we do every day. The Ipswich LGA spans from Goodna in the east out to Rosewood and beyond, and each part of it has its own character. Inner Ipswich suburbs like Booval and Bundamba have strong community networks and established infrastructure. The Springfield corridor is newer, fast-growing, and home to a younger population of NDIS participants. The outer suburbs like Ripley and Deebing Heights are semi-rural and can be harder to service with regular support. We cover all of it.
For a broad overview of our Ipswich offering, start with the NDIS Provider Ipswich page. This page goes into specific service categories.
We cover Ipswich Central, Booval, Bundamba, East Ipswich, North Ipswich, Goodna, Redbank, Redbank Plains, Bellbird Park, Collingwood Park, Springfield, Springfield Lakes, Springfield Central, Brookwater, Riverview, Dinmore, Blackstone, Silkstone, Raceview, Yamanto, Flinders View, Deebing Heights, Ripley, Karalee, Karana Downs, Chuwar, Basin Pocket, Tivoli, Coalfalls, Brassall, Leichhardt, One Mile, Sadliers Crossing, and Eastern Heights.
Showering, dressing, toileting, hygiene, medication prompts. Daily personal activities is where most in-home support starts. We run morning and evening shifts across Ipswich every day.
Cleaning, laundry, dishes, meal prep, linen changes. Our household tasks support is designed to keep the home safe and livable rather than doing a deep detail clean that we have not been funded for.
Ipswich has reasonable public transport along the train line but poor coverage once you get into the outer suburbs. Assist travel and transport is often essential for getting to Ipswich Hospital, specialist appointments in Brisbane, or simply doing the weekly shopping.
Daily living and life skills covers cooking, budgeting, using public transport, and self-care routines. Life stage transition support helps through big life changes like leaving school, moving out of family, or taking on new responsibilities.
Community participation and innovative community participation help participants build social connections and get involved locally. Group activities are available for participants whose plans include group-based support.
Community nursing for wound care, catheter changes, PEG feeding, stoma care, and medication oversight. Ipswich clients who need clinical input appreciate being able to get nursing from the same provider that does their personal care.
Supported independent living for participants who need shared accommodation with overnight support. SIL availability varies, so ask us early if this is on your radar.
For new enquiries, we aim to do an initial home visit within 5-7 business days. For urgent needs (hospital discharge, crisis), we can move faster. Regular weekday daytime shifts are easier to fill than weekends or evenings, so if you have a particular time preference, mention it early so we can build the roster to match.
We work with NDIA-managed, plan-managed, and self-managed plans. If you are unsure which one you are on, or what your plan looks like, bring the plan document to the first meeting and we will go through it with you.
Springfield and Springfield Lakes deserve their own mention because they have grown so fast and have their own distinct participant base. Our Springfield Lakes support services page and Springfield provider page go into more detail.
